August

3 week checkup for Jayda's wrist. They x-rayed her bones to make sure everything was healing right. These 3 had a blast playing on the table and looking out the window.
This is the face of  a little girl who thought she wanted to try riding her new bike without training wheels but then changed her mind. I told her she had to try and she was just devastated. It was almost as if she was mourning over the loss of the two little wheels.
Bentley Clay turned the big 4. He got lots of ninja turtle gear including his own turtle helmet and bike.

We stayed overnight at a resort in Park City so we could swim and invited the Parker family to swim with us. We were lucky the pool was heated because it was chilly and we actually got rained out at the end of the night, but were able to swim again in the morning before we checked out.

Brave miss Jayda had eye surgery. It was the scariest thing we have ever been through and she was definitely nervous but was an absolute champion. Both of the muscles on the inside of her eyes were cut and re-connected. She had lots of people from the ward fasting and praying for her. They also dropped off meals and treats and presents for her. It was almost a second birthday for her.
This was a surgery doll she got to decorate while they explained what was going to happen.
Thank heaven for this wagon. It made all the difference.
Bees game with the Parkers and Stahelis.

L-3 had their work party at Thanksgiving point. We got to experience everything they have their including pony rides, petting zoo, curiosity museum and natural history museum. We spent the entire day there.

July

July started out with a bang! While I was at an HOA meeting Jayda climbed inside of Anniston's crib to keep her company and when she was climbing out her foot got stuck in the bar and she fell out onto her wrist. We didn't think it was broken but the next morning it was still hurting so to be safe I took her to the instacare. Sure enough, both bones in her forearm were broken, poor thing! She got to spend 6 weeks of summer in a cast. Her first color choice would have been gold but the next best thing was red.
July traditions include the bountiful parade and fireworks on the 24th. This year we went with our neighbors the Parkers, Millards and Calls.
And fireworks are always at Mueller Park Jr High with NAni, Papa and the Stettlers.
Anniston is learning all about Marley and Marley is sweet to let her explore.
Jayda's B-day was a paint party with friends. We used stencils and markers to make each kid a shirt and decorated cupcakes with paint pallets full of sprinkles.

June

June started out with Jayda's Kindergarten graduation. We are so proud of Jayda and how well she did in Kindergarten. She has lots of friends, was a good listener and tried new things. This is her and her teacher Mrs. Wilkinson.

Since school was out it was time for lots of outdoor fun. Both kids did swimming lessons for two weeks and we had lots of swimming parties in our back yard as well as Nani and Papa's. One day, Nani and Papa came home from work and out to join us. Papa got in his swimsuit but not in the pool and Nani got in the pool....but not in her swimsuit! She hopped right in her work clothes!
Miss Navy did swimming lessons with us and had lots of swimming parties in the back yard with us as well.
All three kids are very good at helping me make cookies.
Here is everyone all ready for church in their Sunday best
 Anniston turned 6 months old!

The kids also got "new" bunk beds. These beds were used by their great uncles as well as their uncles and now them.

May

May was full of holidays and adventures. Our first adventure was to the baby animal days in Kaysville with their cousins London and Bexton. It was a last minute thing for us and was cold and a bit rainy but still well worth it. Jayda rode a horse for the first time and was in heaven.

The bounce houses are always a favorite.
 As well as face painting.
The kids got to hold little baby chicks and pet bunnies. The bunnies were for sale and its a good thing we don't have a back yard for a bunny to run around in or we may have ended up with one. We need to live on a farm so Jayda can have cats and dogs and bunnies and chickens and horses.

May was also Mother's day and the kids decorated the wrapping paper. I got a nice hand mixer which will hopefully last a lifetime.
Jayda has a summer birthday so she was able to celebrate it with her class in May. This is her poster that we made and her teacher Mrs. Wilkinson.

At the end of the month Anniston turned 5 months old. She now has pierced ears and can roll over.

I went on my first field trip with Jayda to the zoo. It was so much fun to ride the bus and watch Jayda play around with all of her friends from school.

 Maxwell, Henry, Guy and Ashley

All done!

The day we have been waiting for our whole marriage finally came! Bryce graduated with his Masters Degree in Communication from Weber State on May 1, 2015. We celebrated with both families and are so proud of him. Now we can spend the next 10 years paying it all off :p. Hopefully it won't take quite that long!

 Future graduates!

Also, this little babe turned 4 months old. She rocks.
