Buca Di Beppo
On Friday we had the chance to get together with some of Bryce's friends. They all pretty much grew up together and still keep in contact. Derek and Kim (the two on the front right) live in Arizona right now and were able to come visit for a few weeks and have their new baby London blessed. It was also Derek's birthday a few days earlier so we told them it was his birthday and they brought him two big pieces of cake and sung to him. Honestly, if you haven't been to Buca Di Beppo it is a really fun restaurant and it is worth going there just for the cake!

DISCLAIMER
WARNING:
The hormones have officially kicked in. I can feel them and am extremely sensitive right now. It is a weird feeling. I almost started crying today just telling my co-workers about it. Pathetic, I know. So this is a standing apology for the next four months just in case I get a little testy or start crying on you. I'm sorry. Pray for Bryce.

A few pics of the fam
These are my cute kids waiting at the top of the stairs for their slow parents. They always run up before us and then turn around and wait. They are cute little suckers most of the time.
This is the standard belly picture. I am 22 weeks and definitely showing now. It felt like an overnight thing, that all of a sudden my co-workers were saying they could tell.
Monday the 23rd was our 2 year anniversary. We both had to work and Bryce had school until almost seven so we went to Ruby River and had an awesome dinner. Nothing too fancy.

After hours and hours of searching through online stores and going to fabric stores, this is what we finally decided on for Jayda's bedding. We found the perfect material at Sew n Save in Layton, but they didn't have it in stock and said that once it is gone it is gone. So this was second best. We are taking a chance with these three materials but I hope they work out. Our plan is for her bedding to be a little bright and a few pops of color in her room but the rest of it will be pretty neutral and plain to make the bed and the colors stand out. Hopefully soon we will have a house and a room that we can decorate and get ready for her.

Thought for the day
So these don't occur often, in fact, I don't know if I have posted any profound thoughts on the entire history of this blog, but here is what is on my mind....
I have decided to stay out of the fast lane as much as possible, especially in the drive to and from work. All it does is make me mad. No matter how fast I go there is always someone impatient that feels the need to ride my butt. I have also been flashed by brights a few times. This just makes me angry because I am not a slow driver, I am going WELL over the speed limit. I say that butt riding should be reserved for those going UNDER or at the speed limit in the fast lane, no one else deserves it, and flashing is just flat out piggish and unnecessary.
Anyways, there is my thought for the day and my new resolution to just stay out of the fast lane, even if it makes me drive a little slower than I want to. It isn't worth the stress. So there you go butt riders, you win.
One more thought....
Boo to impatient people! :(
